The main problem is the shadow from the fire. It's better to turn on decay rate in the point light & casts a soft-shadow. U can use some dim lights to light up the bg if it's too dark.
Hmmmm................. I see the top-left light have a thick light fog on it, I think it should be the only key light in this scene.
Cause in this picture, u have two main lights & make me so confuse.
If u render a real light fog & use a soft shadow with fall-off, it'll more realistic.
P.S. The texture is good & makes me to remember a character from F4........... The Thing
