Nice start. I can see you have talent on modeling.
Alright, let me get into some critiques.
Your wireframe shows no edge loops in the face muscles which will lead into a huge problem when you get into face shape. I am not a quad lord, so, sometimes I can let 1 or 2 triangles survive. But you have like tonz of trianges and 5 sided polys all around the face and ears. Triangles and polys will lead into another problem when you do smooth and UV. The ear is too high, they should drop down about 20% to line up with the bottom of the nose.
The body, well, i think i didn't mention more than once in here. Never ever model the arms in 90 degree. You'll have a huge fold at the shoulder when you bring the arms back down when you put into a rig.
hopefully you are no finish with the texture. So i'll tell you later when you up to that stage. For now, You definitly need a spec map for it. Do NOT, put too much bump onto a face. It is not mechical. Sometimes no bump is even better. (for background character or you don't know how to handle bump map. it is very tricky)
