It would be better if the floor reflection could be reduced and blurred slightly :D

The modelling & colour is good, it can show u had work hard on the research.
U can apply a little fog to create the depth, cause a clear atmosphere will look like very "CG".
Bump map is also very important in this scene, cause I can see there have a flat specular on ur object. It's another point of CG look.
If u apply a bump map on the floor, the reflection will not look so complete. A little blured reflection is good also. Most cases I'll comp a reflection & I can adjust it at last.
The red woods also need a little bump for distort the specular. It's look like plastic now.

Bevel all of your object would help to get a realistic look. I can see most of your object colour is wrong. What do i mean by wrong, well, due to the age of the objects(or buildings whatever) the original colour of it will reduse, which in other words, add some dirt will help.

It is very hard to explain to you what/where should get the dirt. Therefore, you should get some kind of reference.

Try to get down to your street. just stear at 1 object on the street. (for example, traffic light) you'll see what kind of dirt it is getting. where is it getting. and don't forget "why" is the dirt like that. is it because of the ring cause it like that? or is it the paint getting off? something like that.

It is not something that you can imporve in one night. it takes experience. However, this is where i start.

Other than that, your building is fantastic
