Oh, man this is great. it is what i want to get of my scene. I mean the windows of your first pic. shows the brightness of the sun. Do you mind tell me how do you get that feel? What material do you use for the windows? what lightsorce? Oh man, you really kick my ass.

I have no doubt on the lightscape's render engine.
But I have a little comment on the colour. There have many dark object in ur scene. I think ur object colour is really black, so the engine cannot trace bouncing colour from ur object. (lightscape is hard to light up the colour under RGB20 20 20)
