Here is my comment:
The scale of the carts look off, too norrow.
The placement (composition) of the carts could be improve, the third cart that's behind one of the front cart can be removed.
The scale of the texture is too big, just look at the size of the bricks.
Too much ambient lighting in there, makes it less outdoor like.
