Problem of uploading and Streaming Quicktime

大家好呀, 我想問問大家,如果我想upload 自己既showreel (in quicktime) 比人睇, 但系又唔想up 去好似youtube 之類既website, 因為個quality唔好.
咁有冇邊度可以比我upload , 再可以stream到條quicktime( 唔系直接d/l )呢??
我個quicktime showreel 大概系40mb 度啦..~~ 請大家幫幫我. 因為我需要用佢黎見工的.

if you have your own website hosting, you can try using Sorenson, MP4 for Quicktime 6 or H.264 for Quicktime 7; may consider using AAC as your audio compressor, then upload it to your own site (Apple's Quicktime sever is not cheap) may make your file a bit smaller. Also, allow fast start when export to quicktime may also help. I like Flash though... Not good impression to jump from your own web to other 3rd parties' websites. should have asked me more during class, right?
