[分享]大家有沒做過一些很差的CG公司(最近的經歷)

i know one very bad company in TST. Name is Digital PXXer, the boss is called SimXX TXXg.

He often lies to his animators, including project deadlines.
He setup very bad relationship with investors, clients and potential partners.
He stole client's products for his own good.
He knows nothing about CG nor design.
He produces sound effects of very bad quality.
He is very unhappy to change his bad sound effects.
He will be very unhappy if u use more air-conditioner and water.
He provides extremely bad furnitures for his animators. No proper table and chair, all are old, 2nd hand with unsuitable dimensions.
(His own chair costs $5XXX, animators chairs are all broken or very old)
He seldom keeps his promise.
He has no idea about the company development.

All animators are about to leave this guy. I advise people not to go to this company. It is in TST, opposite to Tom Lee.

may be some freelancer pretend to help him and give him some virus file la . I do freelance for him b4 , and he dun pay me for 6 months . So I went up to his company and scold him , then his wife give me half of the payment . after that they move to North point . I'm not the only victims freelancer . I hope the designer who work there b4 will take action and sue him . You have the right .

Please give me more information about the company you metion above to me , I'm just fried, I have time to find some more news ,maybe I can go inside for interview to check out the point you said, and take some photo, and then I share with all members, I willing to do this pioneer ,I check the telephone book, I just find the tel. no , but no address, it is not a animation company, it is a m studio,I ask my senior before I'm fried, they said they have not heard this animation company, my senior said he has a collegaue ( work in Menfoxd before), work nerby tom lee, but not the name you mentoin, and he is not tony ho, his name is Siuuxxx,I have interest to find out by some way the address of the company, maybe I can change the field as a detective.ha ha ha..

Be careful, if you do not have stronge evident, the company can sue you breaking its company's reputation, if it is a famous company, they have their inhouse lawyer,if you prove guility, your name will become( bad smell) in animation field, because using false name is no use, internet system is very complicate,it can find who and who, unless you do not to be a animator forever,I'M Work in a domain company b4, the police can find information from us for evidents, it is not worth, many animation company"s boss will know each other, they will not believe, we are just small potato.because no boss in HK is really good, especially design and animation feild,sowhat,

The company near tom lee was a small (a few ppl) company that do sound and animation, but for now i believe it just do sound. It is very infamous in animation field, but i don't know it's reputation in sound field.
One of the bad things about the company was the boss constantly lied to his animators, from buying furnitures to project deadlines.

sowhat, I'm sitting a $5500 aeron chair, my company decorated so well in Wanchai,everytime our head told us the working deadline is earlier than deadline date,sowhat; but our boss pay us salary very late. now reduced our senior salary,this is really bad thing, big name company is not everyhthing, I perfer to go to your small animation company,

Remember, working in big name company is not really good, important point is good salary, no reduction of salary, sitting a good chair, but no good pay= useless.
