3D Animation Project Manager


REQUIRMENTS:
．HK resident or with working visa in Hong Kong
．Minimum 2 years of experience in comparable position in major Animation production or Gaming
．Proven leadership skills
．Strong team player; excels in a team dynamic
．Reasonably aware (perhaps even somewhat proficient) in the toolsets used by artists; Maya, 3D Studio Max
．Capable of balancing a project's creative and visual requirements within schedule, budget and staff limitations

UNDERSTANDING:
Understanding of how game-play and real time issues can affect overall Art Direction
Excellent understanding of:
．Design process and methodology and how it is integrated into game production
．Pre-production for most aspects of a mobile game

RESPONSIBILITIES:
．Researches and designs concepts for the following areas: characters, environments, storyboards, Interface and overall look and feel of the game
．Supervises team of artists
．Defines tasks and contributes to schedule
．Accountable for quality and delivering on time
