thx for the comments and critiques. about find a job, I think I will try Vancouver MPC or pixar first since my whole family is over there. if no luck, I will move down and try out SF bay area. there are too many great competitors over there and I don't hope for getting a job easily. worst case is I will just stay with my job here in HK.

how to adjust the cam panning with the animated dragon so nicely??

yeah, track the shot and put a few pieces of of cubes representing the buildings. I didn't track the shot, it was provided and tracked already.
the idea is that the dragon suppose to lead the camera, so the dragon would have to be in place a little "earlier" than the camera, or a little out of camera to create a sense that the dragon were there when shooting. a feeling of the camera got to track the dragon but didn't know where the dragon will be at next second or so.

So does AM use MatchMover? They already did the match move for you or you have to do it yourself?

don't know about that, the footages were tracked when we got it, we just focus on the animation.
