1. Create Panel > Systems > Bones
2. IK Solver: SplineIKSlover, check Assign to Children and Root
3. Draw four to five bones in the Top Viewport
4. Choose four or five "Number of Spline IK knots" and check "Cross" under Display of the Spline IK Solver dialogue box
5. Choose the second Cross (or dummy box if you didn't check the "Cross" checkbox before) and go to Motion Panel
6. Assign a Spring controller to the Cross Position, you can accept the default setting or change the Drag value to about 3.
7. Repeat Step 6 to the rest of the Cross EXCEPT the first one.
8. Press H to use select by name, select the SplineIKnode01 (or whatever number you used), go to Modifier Panel, change the Link Type to Link to All Hierarchy (this is not necessary but will have a better effect).
9. Now when you turn on animate button (autokey) and try to move the first Cross....... Bingo!
