問各位在職既CG animator

We have people here, come in around 9:30am, then leave around 7:30pm. He did this but finishied some 200 shots in a very short amont of time (but he worked on Sunday also). It really gets down to one's habit sometimes, if you manage your time right, it's not necessarily to work dreadful time zone.

Some people like to come in late, like 11:30am, then of course you leave late. It's a vicious cycle.

(I used to be an animator.)

what salary for animator ? like yours .....one month can get how many salary ??? can you tell me because it my feture ........i want to spen about RM30,000malaysian including the tuition fees ，住宿 ，吃 per year for taking the animator courses 。should i ??

How would u describe ur skill level, maxell? U've said u were once Centro's staff. According to my knowledge, centro staffs don't receive $3000 per month. If it was another company paid u $3000/month, why left centro? I am very interested in knowing ur working experience when u were an animator.

Of cource not, if you are junior animator, you salary about

$8000 to $10000. if you are senior animator , your salary must

over $15000. But whatever you are junior, senior animator or

animator superviser , be a animation superviser salary must

over $30000.For example, a director, Franxxie chung,

I haven't see him take holiday. You must work very very very hard

until you die..... Do you think that you want to have holiday when

project on hand?? Dreaming...........You're dreaming.........

I doubt you really know whether a Director take holiday or not.

You said you work at centXX before, how long ?

I think you must be someome got layoff and you feel angry about that, so you keep saying bad words about the industry.

Maxell, ( I'm saying this from my heart ) please calm down and see what you've said in this forum and think again what you have done in the past whick make you what you are today.

In this world, your hard work, your passion will show and people will know. There are no free lunch in the world.

If you really love cg and want to work in this field, please think again.

Do you really think you are walking in a right direction ? saying the right words ?

Ah, maxell, it seems to me that ur act suggests u don't want to be an animator anymore. Maybe u can try those designer posts in academic institutes, or work for the government, they pay a lot more than most other companies with less OT. Of course, provided that u can design.
