何謂好的Team Leader

自己的 a Head 幾咁不負債..幾咁無料到...!!
咁想請問一下...何謂好呢...?

其實唔駛"對號入坐" , 一間公司緊有好同唔好的r head 呀.
我自己都管過下屬( 幾條友) , 都驚比人話做得唔好 , 家下我又做番人地下屬 , 睇番有些 r head 真系好唔得

What is a good ah head, In my opion, in any situation, the boss will keep you in any way, is good head, if the boss let you go, said no money gain, close, or other excuse,you had better find other company in advance, if you can help him, he will not let you go, escapically some boss they know nothing in CG, they just want to make money. why he find a head, he just want him to develop the CG company, if yiou can earn money for him, he will keep you even the boss lose money, if he feel the ah head is incapable, he will find out many way to fried U

a good team leader should able to discover and know how to use teamates talent. Spread out the work, believe and trust the work that they are done.

Johngalliano said 有料肯教人, it should apply to "everyone" in the team. Whenever who found out something that who think should help on the team, it should be shared. Doesm't matter what level you are. The one who is being taught should listen. They way i say that is because i know there has a lot of leader think they know everything. And won't try or take the juniors' word.

Team leader should not mind taking low level of jobs. Whenever things are hitting deadline. Everyone should be working together. if people needs help, whoever is free should go and help out without carrying "anger".
