






整左兩星期!靈感來至我家面前地盆的岔土車!
生銹的地方 diffuse 可以暗些及加些變化 (default 是 0.8 的話, 生銹位置可以是 0.6-0.7 的 noise or fractal, 數字只是舉例), bump 及 specular 也可以加 noise, 令到凹凸感重些.
一條條 cylinder 上的生銹漬, 脹左少少, bump太圓滑
好有心機 build model 喎!! 不過...... 個 model 冇落 shadow!!
如果用 global light or light dome render 的話, 效果一定更佳, 因為內籠及model 銜接位不夠黑, 有點兒不實在的感覺.

i can understand this is very difficult to animate mechanical robot
especially the 3d joint position.
however, i believe that we dont need to make anything reasonable.
even some area people would say, this is impossible to move like that! i think the most important point is the overall movement can let people have believable feeling.
unless you really want to make a really work robot in mechanical point of view.
i really have this experience when i study mechanic before, to make a real robot, i can understand the 3d joint is very very complex for robot if it mimics not exact but smooth as human motion. there must be many limitations to the range of bending angle.
that's why i say, for cartoon style, we always fake the mechanism works rather than it truely works.
