有天我在報紙上看到一家香港制作 animation 的CG公司正進行招聘日, 那我就去試一試, 幸運地我能進入這家公司工作, 可惜一星期後我就被解雇了... 這家公司的感覺給我很不好, 即使它真的請我做長工, 我想我也不會做. 情況是這樣的:

第一天去到他們說要訓練兩星期, 還需要看表現才可長做. 訓練期間公司不會雇用我, 完成訓練期後就轉成試用期, 只有三千一個月. 試用期三個月. 如果都完成後就可以做長工, 一個月六千... 工作時間為星期一至六, 9:30am-6:30pm, 還經常需要加班. 如果被錄用則要簽約, 但合約內寫明如辭工後半年內不得再做和那家公司有關的行業...

雖然那公司是上巿公司, 但竟然是這樣, 香港的CG animation 設計行業還有希望嗎? 在我試用期的同時, 那公司還不斷請人, 又不斷炒人, 那麼公司還可以算得上有操守嗎? 產品還可以算得上專業嗎?

要炒你咩原因都有架喇... 唔聽阿頭話, 跟唔到進度, 過於急進, 同同事唔夾等等等等好多原因... 但系其實入到去返咩0即, 咪又系工廠!!!

其實如果個個animator都好似許誠毅咁有熱誠ge話咁就好啦 :wink:

我聽朋友講,佢真系好勤力......做到director都keep到個態度真系堅... :lol:

the most important factors to work in imagi is "Relationship",
u cant smart,
u cant hold a high education lvl(animator).

ofcourse, relationship also important in other industry.

that's a sad thing

I heard they won't hire any experience animator, expecially those great guys from CeXXXX and MXXXXX

hope it's not true, but my source are pretty reliable.

that's the reason they have a core members of seniors, but the lower level animator keep come and go and come and go.

Yes, i agree with you. 佢地系唔俾人有自己既一套入去公司, 只系想公司全權控制呢班人.

有時我都唔知點樣講....

始終佢地有班死硬派...唔會有人嫌薪低而唔做....
因為佢地覺得有公司請佢地...就等於實現左佢地對CG的理想...反而感激公司對他們的栽培......

好簡單, 一個願打...一個願挨...

我唔會(亦都無咩可能)為個$3000，要我每日由新界最西的地方，轉幾輪車，去香港島最東的地方做CG. :lol:

結果比佢地插到我丫.....
