我們對cg有興趣-->雇主壓低人工
事實上...好多的快餐店都有$20 一個鍾,每日八個鍾,計落條數...
每月都有$3840 !
既然系咁,我們怎麼不做快餐店?
cg 咪當系興趣咁玩,或者去bid-job.com 做下part time囉!
我地個個都走哂,咪叫d老板自己做埋佢囉!
佢唔夠人用,自然會請人,我地就可以升回合理的人工...
我記得班朋友說過:demand-->supply
佢有咁既須求,我地唔supply,只有兩個可能:
一)他們找外援,我地繼續做快餐店
二)他們加人工,讓人工達至合理水平
收佢$1000就比翻$1000 的貨佢,呢句我勁鍾意!
不過誰來訂,什麼貨才值$1000 ,什麼貨值$10000呢?
可惜....這一切只是我的妙想..... >.<
Well, personally, I don't think it's just a fantasy. And actually, there is no creativity at all, if we throw our fantasies out of the window.
Besides the money issue, we all need to be respected, as a human, not a tool. I have nothing to complain if you let the computer doing rendering over-night everyday, but there is impossible to ask a human being to work over-time everyday with low pay.
In fact, my pay is not that bad considering the bad economy in HK. I decided to refuse playing this game anymore, this is the game without game rules......at least I can work in a fastfood place, get less $$$, but more time more freedom....our employers can't!
當然, 我絕對唔反對, 入職既薪金的確系有點過份......
