請問各位:怎樣准確知道3D display card 性能?

請問各位有否方法或經驗, 在選購之前准確知道3D display card 性能?
本人剛買了 Leadtek Quadro FX500,在買之前已在網上看過一些評價及資料,

本人舊 display card:
3Dlabs Oxygen VX1 ---
"Polygon setup rate - 11 million polygons/sec"
3dsmax-01 : 1.090
proe-01 : 0.9810
ugs-01 : 0.8535

新的 Leadtek Quadro FX500 ---
"Just 45 millions triangles/s and a fill rate"
3dsmax-02 : 12.0
proe-02 : 16.7
ugs-03 : 12.1

自己測試方法:
3Dlabs Oxygen VX1 ---
20 萬 (上限)polygon models in one perspective view (己"疾"到不能工作)

Leadtek Quadro FX500 ---
40 萬 (上限)polygon models in one perspective view (己"疾"到不能工作)

如果照資料中的數字(雖然比較單位有出入),新FX500應比VX1 快至少4倍display 能力,
(可能只是我以為),但實際用自己測試方法比較卻只有快一倍,為什麼? 雖然己預計數字及
資料不能盡信,但有冇方法可准確一點預計display性能? (因之後可能會買高Grade一點孵card)?
**PS,本人用Lightwave7.5, P4 2.4G,Assus motherboard 512 mb ram.

Why don't U use some benchmark software to test your card?

U can dl 3DMark2001 or 03 under this page:

The Benmark of your link is for DirectX, is it also a reference of openGL?

And, my question is, before I get a new card, how can I get a real image of how fast it is.

Yes, if DirectX is good, OpenGL should also good, cos your card is faster.

directx software not fully support openGL ,even the GPU fast

so 3dmark can't run on some display card
like fireGL ,wildcat....

and openGL 3d card are optimize openGL

so directx benchmark not total affect the real performance
