F1 in 2075 - Animation

Hi Everyone,

Finally, I post my animation in here. It was my final project when I studied 3D Computer Animation last year. It took me about 5 months to produce from concept sketch to final compositing.

i do agree with you that the cameras need to be improved in the animation.

maybe that was the first proper animation i have done, i have had quite a lot of technical problems when i was working in that. i probably did everything quite wrongly, and made a lot of mistake at the beginning, it cause me had to do even more works in Shake for fixing all the problems, the layers and passes kept building up (don't remember how many), once i fix most of the problem in post, i realized that it was impossible to change and add more camera shots with that time limit, but good to learn from mistake

I have just modified the lo-res version. It is now in better quality with Sorenson Video 3 format, 15fps, 5.1MB

If I don't remember wrong. I think we have met each other in 10 years ago, when I was working in a company called 'FotoXXXe'. You were a freelancer. But I don't think you could remember me. Because I was the lowest position Artist in Art Department. I still have your very old businese card. hehehe. Anyway, nice to meet you in here again.

Hi Akin,

I don't think you could remember me. We have spoken to each other just a very few times. But I do remember you. (of coures everyone remember you now)

I were not the guy who did the octopus layout. I were some kind of 'small potato' who just doing some boring job, such as tracing logo, typing chinese words, paste images and text together and sending to output center.... which not even any designing job.

Tell you what. When I first met you and saw your works. I was so impressed. You are an extremely talented guy. I was thinking how come this guy does such amazing works with similar ago as me, while i had just started my career and knew nothing..... I had so many question in my mind, even questioning my talent, questioning if i were doing the wrong job

Believe it or not. You are the person I set my target at. Your works and talent always been kept in my mind, just like some kind of invisible force to push me forward and forward. Although you don't know all this, your works did pushed me in the past 10 years. So I'd like to say...

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR PUSHING ME.

I always like to share with people, we all learn from each other. This is one of the fastest way to improve ourself. Let's push the CG in HK get better and better. We can do it.
