Batman Begins

今日收工之後見無乜野做就走左去睇。之前睇preview覺得應該唔會話太好睇，雖然幾個同事之前睇完都話好，再加上總覺得Christopher Nolan (Momento 導演)同batman呢類重CG戲有D格格不入，本人都系帶住半信半疑o既心情買飛。估唔到絕對有surprise，劇情處理好不特只，D CG重非常精彩。有場類似Spiderman 2入面o既架空電車戲D CG比Spiderman 2重做得好幾倍!Acting亦有水准，人物刻劃又夠深。小弟覺得直頭超過哂之前D batman o既級數。以整體黎講War of the Worlds 真系要讓路!

I like this batman a lot. The only thing I don't like is the fighting scenes.... almost make me motion sick. Overall is really good.

This one's come and gone in HK, with hardly a ripple left in its wake. It's kinda weird, because I don't see what's the fuss about it. Maybe my taste isn't in tune with most of the reviewers out there. I gotta say tho that very few superhero movies has impressed me. So far my fav superhero movie (maybe not superhero, but comic adaptation) has gotta be "The Crow", and "Sin City" in second place, and "Blade 2" in the third.

Wolf, have you seen this movie? I think the thing I like about this Batman movie is it reallly isn't the typical superhero movie. For me, it's about a man who is constantly dealing with his biggest fear.

I think lack of superstars and big-time director is the reason why this movie doesn't do well in HK. Hey, who would want to see Christian Bale when Tom Cruise is in a movie directed by Spielberg! :p

Yeah, I saw it on the first screening, ahead of its US release I think. Let's just say that it had no surprise for me -- Batman was depicted like what I've always thought of as, well, Batman. Anyway the tormented superhero thingy is getting a bit pedestrian -- every godamn one of them has a private wick to burn -- you can be sure Superman is going to have a thick one at that! Only the Crow did it right, I think -- there's something so deeply heart-breaking about it, that Spidy and Baty's combined anguish seems like juvenile insecurity in comparison.

I like The Crow too, it is much daker and having kick-ass soundtrack helps. May be I didn't have too much expectation for this Batman movie, I was suprised by how well it translate my image of Batman to the big screen. I like the two Batman movies done by Tim Burton as well, but ithey're a little too cartoon-like for me. Plus casted Michael Keaton as Batman?! He's the goddamn Beetlejuice!
