New in 3d max...stupid question

See....how we move or scale or do whatever to a object....usually it has a x,y,z axis......
if you wanna move only x...or so....you can....
but i don't know why the 3 color things is gone.....!!!
is all 360 movement now....can't adjust only one axis....
how can i bring it back????....
