Maybe because they don't want people to know the truth of them?


Case 01 :


When you refuse to sign those unfair contract for them , they will ask you to leave , then by the law in HK that they will have to give you one month salary for firing you ...

So, they will tell you if you want the reference letter from them then you will have to give up on that one month salary .

[ might not be much for some people , but when this is your first or maybe 2nd job, you will need that letter to show to other company so they will know your working exp ]

My advice is.... no matter you are junior or not , don't spend time on this company. What you have spend for them is not worth at all. don't think that you can try to learn anything here even you are a junior. you must REGRET.!

As we know that CG production is a tough job.
If the boss really treat the reference letter as a bargan power, it's really disgusting.

If yes, It's really amazing. I don't know why this CG production house can run without CG artist.
What's wrong about that??
