如果我想系 now 系第一格前
加多 100格 做多一段新動畫

You can try to high light all key frames, On the timeline "Right click >Cut". then select frame 101 "Right Click > Paste" this is the only way that I know. But I think it's more torublesome. I guess there is another easy way to do it.

The easiest and cleanest way is to use Dope Sheet. You can see and move all your keys in there.
