No shadow casted? Turn on raytrace shadow and refraction. At least add a little bit speculation and reflection for the floor tile. Change the refraction index of glass shader to match actual glass material. Pay attention to the material bottle cap as it does not look like metal or plastic. Add some fill lights or increase ambient light intensity to light up the dark region a little. Turn on caustics and tweak if using Maya to add more realism.
