Just being honest, the modeling is fine but the texture/shading/lighting is not up to standard yet. The bump/displacement map's resolution is too low, missing out fine details so it looks like heavy scratches on wax. The lighting... try to set up a basic 3-point light 1st. Last but not latest, the fur/hair need to be much finer and better comb. Self-shadow on the them are needed.
