呢位Sony哥，我唔知你系果位freelance本人，還是真系道聽途說，不過我話你知，電影呢行，行內拖數都好普遍，例如你所指果間公司，之前幫某某電影公司做左一套電影的特技，結果收唔倒水仲倒蝕十萬，咁點呢？唔通又黎呢度數臭佢？

如果你系果位freelance，我希望你守返一個道義責任，因為錢你終歸都會收倒，但系你o向呢度講左o既野系好難收得返，影響人地公司兼得罪人，我建議你call阿Rxxxxxd等佢幫你問下．

如果你只系食飯吹水聽返黎，唔關你事，你又唔清楚內情o既，最好講少句，以免令果位freelance難做，因為該公司近期只系有一至二位freelance系未收錢，請小心你言論可能影響佢同該公司以後難以合作！

I just finish some freelance ........ in 3d industry!

but the BOSS .... just said "it looks like SHIT ... I cannot pay U any money more than . $XXXX ... " I tried to do the BEST I could .... to serve ...

oh!! what the HEAD !!!!!!

Freelance are HARD ... and 悲哀 ....... !!


So, must be careful to work as Freelance !!!

Just to give another point of view. I'm not saying all freelance are the same.

Our company outsource some part of our project to freelance due to the volume of workload (just a small part and not the most difficult part).

The result is horrible (in our company's standard)

We request Change, they response SLOW, over one month, it's still CRAP.

We ask them to come to our company to discuss things, they don't come.

We have show them what kind of quality we are expecting before committing the job to them, and they say no problem to meeting our requirement.

at the end, we re-do the who part almost from scratch.

What I want to say is, sometime there are Freelance who really not up to standard.

Just like the Design Field a few years ago. Everyone got a computer and Photoshop, they call themselve Designer.

Now anyone has a copy of maya or max can call themselve 3D animator.
