Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Mission to Singapore (SIGGRAPH Asia 2008)

You are invited to join the Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Mission to Singapore from 9 to 13 December. During the five-day programme, you will be visiting renowned digital entertainment companies and organizations in Singapore. More importantly, you will be attending the inaugural SIGGRAPH Asia 2008.

For the first time to be held in Asia, SIGGRAPH Asia 2008 will feature creative, scientific, and educational work that provokes thought, explores ideas in innovative ways, addresses contemporary issues, interactively engages viewers in discovery, and stimulates their intellect and imagination.


Organisers: Hong Kong ACM Siggraph Professional Chapter

Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association

Hong Kong Trade Development Council

Hong Kong Productivity Council

Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Industry Support Centre



The mission will include:

1. Company visits and networking events to meet with regional practitioners and acquire latest market intelligence

2. A Hong Kong Pavilion to be set up in SIGGRAPH Asia Exhibition to promote HK DE industry

(delegates can promote their companies by means of a panel at an additional cost of HK$5,000)

3. Attend SIGGRAPH Asia Conference



Quota: 26 (max of 2 delegates from each HK SME)
