joe兄！有人的確喜歡持續進修，數目也著實不少（史匹保也是去年才回大學繼續課程，undergraduate course）。當然，自學成材也為數很多，所以說各取所需。

but do you think your life also take cources until you become a old man??? ＞＞＞
做到老學到老有什麼問題？我的上司和他的上司及上司的上司都一直去上課，他們也都不是年青人了，但有什麼稀奇嗎？

Jack兄，跟本沒有人說過自學不好，只是強調各適其式，上課也好不上課也好，沒有絕對的說法！這也是個人風格的一種喔！

你們多番強調 Art sense 及 personal style 的重要性，我相信是沒有人會反對的，可是去不去上課和有沒有art sense是沒有必然關系的，有的人與生俱來具有獨特的個人風格，有些人卻是訓練出來的，當然更多人學了多年也胡裡胡塗，但總不成說當條硬漢便算作一種。還是讓別人自由發展吧！

May be the beginer need take cources, but why don't you

reading book or other serminer with CG?? Do you think CG cources'

fee is cheap???If you have not art sense, your CG is not powerful

although you take many many cources!!

但我其實相當同意Jack&Joe的不滿，香港各單位搞的課程的確令人缺乏信心，猶其要收數萬圓學費！
見間學校門大，內容可寫滿幾十頁紙就以為真系值幾萬錢，就去報名.....就真系唔夠smart!
我覺得最smart的方法可能是"師徒制"。它是工藝科最好的學藝方式，現代社會的師徒制當然跟阿太公那時不同，徒弟應變得更主動，如他覺得C記做特技好，他應該用一切方法(對！就算免費)進入C記見識見識，入不到去做見習CG人，就做見慣抹窗吧！
有冇睇南海十三郎，阿唐拜阿十三為師那場？
以上見解可能有些天馬行空，但總算是自己多年工作上體驗

sai, here is my respond to your concern.

They do have some points are right, i understand many school, cource, out there are just bull sh*t. However, there have some are being register. What do i mean by that?

Every software company ie: discreet, avid, alias-wavefront post out courses for people who is interseted to becoming instructor of their product (software) which means, discreet will put up cources to train instructor and give a certificate to the individual if he or she passes the test.

They are big companies, they will keep track of their certify instructor are they doing their job correctly, if not, they will take away their title.

What that means is when you look for programs, courses, schools. Check their instructor is being registered/certified or not. If they do certified, which means you can learn alot from him. Also, most of the certified instructor will teach the same thing, follow the same tran. This is their structure.
