Hey, HapZungLam, How expert in softimage you are??

The reason i put there, is i do know SI 3D pretty well that i hope i can help on anyone who has question about it. Thus, something that I will not know on the software completely because i am not a technical person of SI3D nor registered instructor.

You may target on me by saying that. But why am i put the word expert. Again, i want to help you guys. When ever you guys have questions about SI3D, you'll know there are some people around to ask. If i don't know the answer, i'll find a way to answer it for you so that you won't feel lonely out there.

When the days that i was studying, i really want to have a person out there saying that he is the expert of Soft, so that i can rely on. But couple years b4, there has not much forum like this around the net. So that when i have the skills, i am willing to help.

I really don't want to start a fight with this topic. Also, about your question is no point to thread around here. Asking people a question like that is very impolite. I hope you understand.

hello, i am new for SI, want to know how can i see those characters inside the "object selection box", cos the color display as white while the background color of this box also white, so it's hard to see it when you typing something on that, this case also apply for the other boxes, thanks in advance

hehehe, probably you are using XP right? yap, it is some bug or something soft that doesn't like. However, my system admin said it is the video card driver problem. They spent almost a week to fix it. It takes a long time to fix that problem too.

That's what they told me, just leave the way it is and get used to it. urrr.... that helps system admins. But anyways, I get use to it now. If you really want to get rid of it. I'll try my best to ask my system admins.

我很明白，不過我認為就算自己系唔系expert都不要吝嗇言論，多點的互相交流，有朝一日HK的設計專業及藝術界就可以有更大的成就了！

It's some incompatibility between Windows XP & XSI!

Go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > click the "Advanced" tab > uncheck all checkboxes !!!!!!

That should fix your problem!!! Good luck!!

This is what Softimage says regarding this issue::
