• Good communication skills
• Create production schedules for all sequences in production
• Coordinate the artists’ daily schedules, track progress and deadline
• Well-organized, detail minded and able to work independently
• Fluency of English, Chinese and Mandarin communicate
• Good PC skill of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Occasional outdoor delivery tasks
• Occasional travel is required
• Occasional work over-time
