- more than 5 years experience
- experience in project managment and production supervision
- experience in interfacing with client and directors
- good knowledge at CG and compositing methodology
- good presentation skills and understanding of commercial practice
- able to hands-on help production (maya and aftereffects) when necessary
optional:
- experience in live-action projects plus on-shoot supervision is big plus
- good art sense and art background and hands-on technique is big plus
- expereince and network in advertising industry/ film industry is a plus

offical 5 days work
OT at weekends as per project demands (with compensations)
