I haven't use Deep Paint 3D... so I don't know the detail on it. But I know somebody use it to mark location.
To KFC:
Where is the cloth? Will u keep it in ur movie?
The resolution of shadow is not enough. Your model is very detail. It can save a lot of time to draw texture. Cause I always work on nearly no detail models.
I have some ideas of the headkit. U can try a combination of bones, dull metal & leather.
I think u can use more patterns like the back to cover the shoulder, side of the legs, back of arm & hands. I think the contrast is not enough. Of course,u should try different size, shapes & gradient of patterns.
I know it is hard to do texture on a complicated model. Many projections, shaders, uv maps... ... anyway, work hard!
