如果扒喺台面訓陣, 通常 1-2 hours 會醒一醒, check render 啱啱好. 呢個姿勢好難訓得耐, 如果唔系條腰斷硬 :lol:


如果可以安心訓耐d 就訓 sofa..... 訓 4-5 hours, 唔過份, 人始終都要休息, 如果唔系好快死. 第日都系照常返工做野, 對公司黎講 ot 冇補水, 又唔駛夜晚 claim 的士錢, 幫佢慳唔少啦 :evil:


如果想長眠就訓棺材 :wink:

I had Redbull few times and it does work in working long haul hours. It boost your mental concentration. Of course, it won't replace your body's message for the need of sleep. That is why someone will feel like crap after the effect of the drink past. In fact, there was a new in the beginning of the year about Michigan state is trying to ban some of these energy drink advertising or even sales in university campus because many of these drink such as Monster has 5 times the amount of caffiene than a large cup of coffee. People feel that students have been abusing it and it will be harmful to the body in long run.

Sobig, in long term, try to avoid frequent overnight work because it will do so much harm to your body that you don't even know. There are scientific proofs about this fact. I did overnight shift about 8 years ago for 6 months and it took my body more than a year to go back to the same healthy condition prior I had started the overnight schedule.
And I had a car accient during that half year. The choice is yours. Company won't give you a medal of honor if you drop dead at work.

我習慣唔可以sleep一陣, 會好辛苦...一系就返屋企sleep.
唔claim的士啦...好多限制, 想搭咪搭, 唔諗咁多

yeah....redbull is quite popular in western countries...
in the past, my classmates in australia treat it as a coke or softdrink as they never OT... :)
sure, i don't want a medal of honor for OT.
i cannot choose OT or not actaully. here is HK. not US :wink:

I know it is tough to say, but not take good care of the body will make a 20's body like 40's very easily and eventually the one that suffer from the consequences is the person himself. I've conduct so many job interviews in the past and you won't believe how many people in their late 20's or mid 30's acted and performed like someone almost should retire because their body were so messed up by the constant overnight work schedule or overworked. Of course, I did not hire someone like that. (Sometime there is an exception, but I rarely see someone like that.)

系呀...好多人睇落成三十幾歲...原來實際得廿幾歲,
ot多會加快衰老...男士就話ok,
囡就好慘...

不過都有好多人成日通爆, 個樣都keep到真實年齡,
好睇個人的身體底子,


有冇咁誇? 三十幾歲就好似退休人仕,好想見識下

Absolutely, I still have people working for me at night and the difference is very obvious. One guy who used to work from 7am till 5PM (not inculding OT) and he has been moved to the 5PM till 3 AM slot for about 2 years. He is about the same age as me but the before and after change on him is very substantial. The pay for shift differential does not worth that kind damage to the body mentally and physically.
When you have to constantly get out of work after midnight you will notice the change within few months. That's why if you OT but get out at 9PM (assume 9A to 9P) it will still be far better than noon to midnight or even later.

The most important part about this article is that sleep disorder scientist found the stress in the body of someone working 18 hours straight is equal someone having blood alcohol concentration level of 0.08 which is legally considered drunk in most countries.


Also, according to some other finding, women who work nights and those who are up frequently during the early hours of the morning may be at increased risk for developing breast cancer by 60%. Men under the same circumstances also can increase the risk of colon cancer by 15%.
