如果可以安心訓耐d 就訓 sofa..... 訓 4-5 hours, 唔過份, 人始終都要休息, 如果唔系好快死. 第日都系照常返工做野, 對公司黎講 ot 冇補水, 又唔駛夜晚 claim 的士錢, 幫佢慳唔少啦![]()
如果想長眠就訓棺材

People feel that students have been abusing it and it will be harmful to the body in long run.
Sobig, in long term, try to avoid frequent overnight work because it will do so much harm to your body that you don't even know. There are scientific proofs about this fact. I did overnight shift about 8 years ago for 6 months and it took my body more than a year to go back to the same healthy condition prior I had started the overnight schedule.
And I had a car accient during that half year. The choice is yours. Company won't give you a medal of honor if you drop dead at work.
